The role involves leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and regulatory departments to ensure successful project completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of Greenfield and Brownfield industrial projects.Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Coordinate with multiple functions — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Regulatory bodies.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.Drive continuous improvement and implement project management best practices.Required Skills & Competencies:Proven experience in Project Management (minimum 15 years).Strong knowledge of construction, installation, and commissioning activities.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera or equivalent project management tools.Exposure to Power Plant setup will be an added advantage.Preferred Industry / Domain / Course:PMP Certification preferredIndustrial, Manufacturing, Power, or Process PlantsContact: 994433 59997Email: gr2@srinidhigroup.org
