Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Officer to join our team at Haldivita, a leading FMCG company in New Delhi, Delhi. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our flagship product, Haldivita, a Turmeric-based health drink, to potential customers. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary and excellent growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales or a related role in the FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Haldivita products to potential customers, including retailers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and measure performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase Haldivita products
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
