About Us:

We are a growing real estate construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Manager to help us maintain accurate records and streamline our operations. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to expand based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage all financial aspects of active construction projects, including material costs, labor expenses, subcontractor payments, draws, and funds disbursement.

• Organize and maintain all project-related documentation, including receipts, permits, contracts, and other essential files.

• Maintain and update internal Excel sheets and databases with accurate project information.

• Ensure company files and records are well-organized and easily accessible.

• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operational workflows.


Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, data management, and financial tracking.

• Highly organized with an eye for detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to learn the real estate construction industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
