Job Title : Senior Test Engineer.

We specialize in developing high-performance, low-latency trading solutions and are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to ensure our platform's reliability, performance, and accuracy.

Role Overview :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead our Quality Assurance team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset and a passion for ensuring the robustness of high-performance trading platforms.

- This is NOT a web or mobile app testing role-prior experience with banking or trading platforms is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Quality Assurance team and drive testing strategies for our trading platform.

- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for manual and automated testing.

- Ensure the platform's reliability through stress testing and performance analysis.

- Work closely with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.

- Maintain test plans, reports, and documentation using Zephyr (big plus).

- Conduct end-to-end testing for real-time trading environments.

- Implement best practices for test automation and continuous integration.

Qualifications :

Experience : 5-7 years in software testing, preferably in banking or trading platforms.

Education :

- A bachelor's degree in technology or a related field is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

- Strong expertise in stress testing and performance testing methodologies.

- Experience with Zephyr for test management is a significant advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Must have a strong attitude and an ownership mindset.

- Willingness to work from our Kolkata office.
