Job Description / Responsibilities :

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products by leveraging your strong communication skills to manage partnerships and customer relationships effectively. You need a solid understanding of payment systems and processes, with the ability to quickly learn and share knowledge across the team. Your role will involve managing projects independently, utilizing data to identify and solve production issues, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory :

- Establish a process of constantly benchmarking the platform with respect to production support related aspects and take necessary corrective action if needed.

- Build a team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and building a comprehensive repository of test cases for production related issues and troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on with Linux/Unix Commands.

- Knowledge of Putty and its related Commands

- SFTP/FTP file sharing knowledge

- WebSphere

- IIS/SSL certificate installation knowledge Base.

- Knowledge of REST and SOAP based web services.

- Hand-On with Postman kind of tools for web service testing and troubleshooting.

Desired profile of the candidate :

- 10-15 years' experience (including Team Leadership)

- Product ownership - leading the development and optimisation of the Product

- Continuously improve existing features and come up with new impactful ones

- Leveraging testing to measure and validate changes

- Partner with technology teams (including vendors) to enhance the foundational architecture of the product, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

- Develop and implement strategies to build a meaningful value proposition for both existing and new clients

- Enhancing overall user experience and satisfaction

- Lead the discussions while collaborating with all stakeholders

- Ideally with a BBPS/ Payments/ e-Commerce background

- Experience in providing support for payment related product implementations.

- Experience in developing/managing high volume digital transactions

- Experience in managing and supporting third party ERP solutions and other third party applications (desirable)

- 8+ years' of experience
