Budget: Up to 25 LPA

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Approvals & Coordination activities with various Delhi Government departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate approvals with departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant government bodies.
- Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
- Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.
Key Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals/liaising with Delhi Government departments.
- Proven expertise in dealing with PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other statutory bodies.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals.
- Note: Please do not consider candidates whose core experience is in land acquisition.
