Role & Scope: Own and oversee the Data & Analytics pillar of the FinCrime Platform; active member of the FinCrime Steering Committee (SteerCo).


Key Focus: Develop and implement data strategy, ensure governance, quality, reporting, and drive insights for business decision-making.


Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, set performance expectations, and foster growth.


Technical Expertise Required:

  • Databricks (DataLake, Jobs, Workflows, Data Catalog).
  • Data Factory pipelines, ETL processes, SQL.
  • Medallion architecture, data processing, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).


Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).


Nice to Have: Exposure to ML/AI concepts and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
