About Our Client

Our client is a non-profit organization whose aim is to work towards the empowerment of individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities like autism spectrum disorder. We aim to break down barriers and foster an environment where individuals on the autism spectrum can flourish and realize their fullest potential.

Job Description

Managing the overall project's construction, timelines, quality, local liaising, costing and workforce management. Incumbent should be able to work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to derive actionable insights and drive solutions around the project development. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and improve overall construction performance. Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity and drive innovation. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage. Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices to maximize efficiency and quality throughout the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts High focus on quality of delivery

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) or related field; advanced degree or M. Tech preferred. Pedigree institutes like IIT, NITs preferred. Strong execution experience in the real estate/construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Extensive experience in construction technology, preferably within the real estate or related industries. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, costing & budgeting Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
