Job Opening: QA/QC Engineer – Shanoor Homes, Trivandrum

Shanoor Homes, a premium and trusted builder in Trivandrum, is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in our high-rise residential projects. If you have a passion for quality control in construction, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes in high-rise building projects.
  • Conduct site inspections, material testing, and ensure adherence to approved project specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues to ensure the best construction practices.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise building construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
