You will also oversee team dynamics, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: -Expertise in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage -Expertise in proposal to deliver proposal or solution in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix is an added advantage - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. -Currently playing a Delivery Manager,Technical Architect role in existing organization. -He has ability to handle projects and guide the project end to end. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration. -He has ability to propose solution, build, solution and capability in multiple Siemens Application like Teamcenter, Opcenter, Capital, Tecnomatix, NX. -He has experience in multiple application Integration like Teamcenter & S4 HANA, NX. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter - A 15 years full time education is required.
