Design and develop high-performance backend services using Java 17/21 2. Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices in distributed architectures 3. Apply Clean Architecture / Hexagonal Architecture and design patterns 4. Implement secure APIs and service resilience strategies 5. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) 6. Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) delivery environments 7. (For Senior roles) Mentor teams and contribute to architectural decisions 8. (IAM roles) Implement and integrate IAM solutions using Keycloak ✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory) 1. Java 11 / 17 / 21 (must be explicitly mentioned in CV) 2. Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Security, Spring Data/JPA 3. Microservices & REST APIs 4. DevOps, CI/CD pipelines 5. Docker & Kubernetes 6. Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) 7. SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB) For IAM Roles: OAuth2 / OIDC / SAML + Keycloak hands-on experience 1. Strong backend experience in complex, high-availability systems 2. Fluent English communication
