Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, TDS/GST filings, PF compliances and other related tasks. The right candidate should be hands-on with Tally, Excel and up to date with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
  • File TDS returns accurately and on time
  • Handle PF, ESI and other statutory compliance filings
  • Reconcile vendor, customer and bank accounts
  • Make timely vendor payments
  • Support audits and assist with monthly/year-end closing
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues

Requirements

Essential:

  • Solid understanding of accounting Income Tax, GST, TDS and PF
  • Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and compliance skills
  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ CA-Inter (Dropout)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
