Title - Team Lead – Semi-Qualified CA- Manager in CA Firm
Location - Goregoan, Mumbai. Only local candidate is preferred.
Max CTC budget is 6 lakhs p.a.
It is a team handling role.
Qualifications
CA Inter/ Semi Qualified CA / MBA in finance from Top Institute
Candidate not pursuing ca studies is preferred since this is full-time employment, however pursuing CA who are committed towards work are also preferred.
Not open for CAs who have cleared CA final exams. Please do not apply.
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Semi-Qualified CA (must have cleared CA Intermediate cleared or CA Final (appeared or one group cleared).
Experience :
3 years of experience in tax audits, direct taxes, or GST-related work.
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws (Income Tax, GST, etc.).
Proficient in MS Excel and tax software (Preferably Winman).
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of tax audit reports under the Income Tax Act, including Section 44AB and other tax compliance.
Manage CFO services, including accounting, indirect & direct taxation, statutory audits, and tax audits.
Assist clients in meeting tax obligations, including income tax return filings and necessary documentation, including for NRI clients.
Ensure compliance with GST laws and assist in filing GST returns.
Collaborate with the team to provide effective solutions for Indian tax planning, advisory, and regulatory compliance, especially for NRI clients.
Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Communicate directly with clients regarding tax-related queries and provide guidance on tax planning.
Lead a team of 3-4 juniors with 1-3 years of experience.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for clients.
Comfortable working from the office (Goregaon) and traveling across Mumbai for client meetings.
Includes any other work or assignments related to the position, as may be assigned from time to time, to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization
