The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a new hospitality venue opening soon in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique restaurants offering Asian Peruvian, North African Levantine, and Progressive Indian cuisines. We are looking for creative and service-focused Beverage Bartenders to lead our non-alcoholic beverage program across the restaurants.As a Beverage Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an exceptional range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, craft sodas, iced teas, cold brews, juices, and zero-proof cocktails. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience with visually appealing, thoughtfully balanced drinks that complement each cuisine.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistencyDevelop a strong understanding of ingredients, pairings, and presentation stylesMaintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar area and workstationsRefill and rotate ingredients, garnishes, and beverage supplies dailySuggest and recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu pairingCollaborate with chefs to create drinks that align with each restaurant’s themeSupport inventory tracking, stock requisitions, and waste managementUphold excellent guest interaction and service standardsIdeal Candidate Profile2–3 years of experience as a bartender or beverage steward in a hotel, café, or upscale restaurantStrong knowledge of mocktails, coffee-based beverages, and modern non-alcoholic drink trendsWell-versed in flavor profiles, seasonal ingredients, and visual presentationConfident in guest-facing roles, with strong communication skillsFluent in English and HindiDetail-oriented, creative, and disciplined in serviceOpen to learning and working in a multi-concept, high-volume environmentWhat We OfferA creative role in a trend-forward, design-driven hospitality venueAccommodation and daily mealsProfessional development in modern beverage techniquesOpportunity to work alongside culinary and service teams across three conceptsCareer growth within a new and expanding brandHow to ApplyEmail your CV to: hrm@mannsalwa.comSubject line: Bartender Application – Your Name
