Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Java Spring Boot and good experience with React/Next.Js. You're someone who can own backend architecture while confidently delivering frontend features — and you're excited by the idea of building real-time, interactive education platforms.

This role is for builders who think long-term, take ownership, and care deeply about performance and product quality.

What We're Looking ForExperience:

  • 3–5 years of full-time experience as a backend/full-stack developer
  • Strong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) as a primary skill
  • Good working knowledge of React.Js / Next.Js on the frontend

Core Skills:

Backend (Spring Boot):

  • Deep experience building REST APIs using Spring Boot 3+
  • Solid with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, JWT, and Spring Security
  • Experience with WebSocket + STOMP, preferably using Spring Messaging
  • Strong grasp of architecture, microservices, data modeling, and API design
  • Able to implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems

Frontend (React/Next.Js):

  • Strong knowledge of React.Js, Next.Js, TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Proficient in Tailwind CSS, component-driven UI
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with WebSocket/STOMP on client side

General:

  • Docker, Git, CI/CD (Jenkins/Vercel/Netlify), Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Testing:
    JUnit, Jest, Mockito (bonus)
  • Bonus:
    Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar for messaging/event-driven patterns

Bonus Points:

  • You've built real-time features:
    chat, live notifications, collaborative tools
  • Experience in DevOps or infra decisions (Docker, NGINX, databases)
  • You've owned a project or product before — startup, freelance, or personal

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain RESTful and WebSocket APIs in Spring Boot
  • Design and implement real-time user interactions with STOMP/WebSocket
  • Collaborate with frontend devs, product team, and designers
  • Own features end-to-end — from DB to UI to deployment
  • Optimize for scalability, security, and performance
  • Build for impact — every line of code will affect real learners
