Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Delhi, India for a Human Resources Manager at Hotel The Royal Plaza New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
  • Performance Evaluation and Compliance with labor laws
  • Developing HR policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
