Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, experience in branding, and the ability to create compelling visuals across multiple platforms. This role is crucial in shaping the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all digital and print assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, packaging, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns.- Design engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and offline marketing materials.- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance visual communication.- Create visually appealing product packaging and ensure high-quality print and digital output.- Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and short video content to support digital campaigns.- Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best design practices to enhance the brand.- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the FMCG, D2C, or wellness industry.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work.- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and color theory.- Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently or collaboratively.- Strong communication and presentation skills.
