Origin Nutrition is a plant-based health and wellness brand. Our mission is to make plant-based nutrition accessible, delicious, and effective for everyone. We are growing rapidly and looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Assistant Manager to amplify our brand’s presence.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Assistant Manager who will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing our social media strategy across platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and community building while aligning with our brand’s voice and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Calendar Planning

- Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.- Plan and organize monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaigns.

Content Creation & Engagement

- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and stories.- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand content.- Monitor trends in the health, wellness, and plant-based nutrition space to create relevant and timely content.

Content Scheduling and Publishing

- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms, optimizing for reach and engagement.- Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to ensure continuous growth and engagement.

Influencer Marketing and Brand Collaborations

- Lead influencer marketing efforts, including identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with key influencers to drive brand awareness and credibility.- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.- Ensure that influencer and collaboration content aligns with our brand and messaging

Performance Analysis and Optimization

- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content based on insights.- Use social media analytics tools to measure effectiveness and report key findings.- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to align social media efforts with paid campaigns.

Community Building

- Engage with our community, respond to comments and DMs, and build strong relationships with customers and influencers.- Develop campaigns and strategies that will build our community.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Canva and experience in shooting and editing reels.- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the health & wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle space.- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.- Excellent content creation skills, including writing compelling captions and conceptualizing engaging visuals/videos.- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.- Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience in managing influencer collaborations.- Passion for health, wellness, and plant-based nutrition is a plus.- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a proactive approach.- Strong communication and organizational skills.
