Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AI, blockchain, and Web3-based projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple AI and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
Facilitate team communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to leadership.
Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
Drive innovation and process improvements within the team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, blockchain, or Web3 industries.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
Technical background or understanding of AI, smart contracts, and blockchain technology is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
