Job Description :-

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager - Quality (Formulation) for our client place based at Samba, Jammu & Kashmir. As the Quality Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and collaborating with other departments to ensure product excellence. Your role is critical in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement across the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Implementation of Quality system & Procedure.
  • Maintaining the Quality of Formulations Products as per FAO and BIS guidelines specifications.
  • Developing & revision of specification of Raw Materials, finished goods and Packing materials.
  • Improvement in the quality of existing formulation products as well as packing standard as per ZERO deviation of quality.
  • Attending customer complaints – complaint analysis, Review, Corrective and Preventive actions & Records.
  • Development of analytical methods to support, formulation and registration departments.
  • Analytical methods for new products and combination formulations.
  • Shelf-life study at different temperature of critical formulations & CST/ HST.
  • To development of cost-effective process for new Products/Intermediates for plant scale-up. (Only Support).
  • Improvement of existing processes by cost effective methods
  • To provide support to Domestic Marketing, Export and Registration Departments by providing samples and information required if.
  • New STP and reviewing of existing STP.
  • Developing of MSDS.
  • Training and Skill upgradation of overall team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years experience in a Agrochemical Formulation quality role.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
