As a social media strategist, you will play a key role in scaling content and community in the luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space. Your task is to develop a data-driven yet creative social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Instagram Insights to track performance metrics such as retention graphs, follower vs non-follower engagement, hook drop-off %, and identify what's working. Develop a Content Strategy to improve retention and virality across Reels by suggesting optimizations. Work on Creative Packaging to script and package content (hooks, captions, formats) that maximize saves, shares, and reach. Conduct Trend Mapping to spot trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in India/UAE relevant to luxury audiences. Provide Growth Guidance to recommend data-backed strategies to consistently hit 100K+ views. Requirements: Proven experience with creators or brands in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle. Ability to read analytics and turn them into actionable creative ideas. Understanding of the Indian and/or UAE luxury consumer mindset. Previous experience in helping scale accounts with viral content (100K–1M views). Skills in short-form storytelling (hooks, scripts, keyworks, trending audios and captions).
