To learn more about GoodWe, please visit: The Role：Technical Service Engineer This position is based in Bangalore, India with periods working from home and travel based on real requirement. Key responsibilities Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support. Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS. Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience. Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Proficiency in English along with Marathi, and Hindi (spoken and written). Minimum 3 years of experience in the Electrical/Electronics or Solar Inverter industry (preferred). Strong computer skills. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting. High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
