Urgent requirement for Digital Marketing Manager Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam for the role of Digital Marketing Manager at Blitz Academy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance Blitz Academy’s online visibility and achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing marketing initiatives to improve reach, engagement, and ROI. The role also involves collaborating with the lead generation, content, and design teams to ensure all marketing activities are well-coordinated, aligned with brand objectives, and effectively contribute to business growth. What You’ll Do Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. Optimize website performance through effective SEO and content marketing strategies. Analyze campaign results and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI. Collaborate with the creative, operations, and academic teams to ensure brand consistency and visibility across all channels. Support the lead generation team by aligning marketing campaigns with conversion objectives. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and performance optimization. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp. A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into measurable outcomes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Package-50K-65K per month Location-Kochi(Onsite)
