Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.You will be part of a global organization that is making a measurable impact that matters every day.Your work profile and qualification:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role offers opportunities to grow, innovate, and contribute to impactful CRM solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Applications: Build scalable and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Customize Workflows: Configure automation tools, custom objects, and workflows to streamline business processes.Integrate Systems: Develop APIs and web services to connect Salesforce with external platforms.Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Enhance User Experience: Improve UI/UX using Salesforce Lightning and other tools.Data Management: Implement efficient data models, pipelines, and reporting mechanisms.Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation and support end-user training.Qualifications:For Senior Associate (2-4 Years):Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and development tools.Proficiency with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML and integrations.Internship or project experience in Salesforce or related platforms.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).Skills and Abilities:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Location and way of workingBase location: Pan IndiaThis profile involves frequent travelling to client locationsHybrid is our default way of working.
