Overview:

Furthermore, as the market continually evolves, the leader must adapt strategies to stay ahead of trends, which includes motivational and developmental support for team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to provide guidance and feedback.

- Oversee property listings and ensure accurate information is provided.

- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Facilitate training and professional development for team members.

- Monitor the performance metrics of agents and provide strategic support.

- Enhance client relationships through exceptional customer service.

- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and partners.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote listings and brand presence.

- Develop and maintain budgets to manage team expenses effectively.

- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team or with clients.

- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.

- Participate in community events to increase brand visibility.

- Report and present performance to upper management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales or management.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Proficient in real estate market analysis and data interpretation.

- Experience in client relationship management.

- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.

- Knowledge of current real estate laws and regulations.

- Experience with CRM software and real estate tools.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Professional real estate license is required.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Strong networking abilities to connect with potential clients.

- A track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
