Our approach focuses on education, empathy, and ethical client engagement.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Remote Sales Closer to conduct consultative Zoom sessions with prospective clients who have shown interest in our hormonal nutrition program. This is a non-medical, advisory sales role (no clinical consultations involved). All leads are warm and pre-qualified.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 5–6 scheduled Zoom consultations daily with interested, qualified prospectsUnderstand clients’ goals, challenges, and needs (without providing medical advice)Present suitable program options and guide clients to make confident, informed decisionsMaintain complete CRM notes, follow-ups, and documentation within 24 hoursFollow approved scripts, pricing guidelines, and maintain compliance with privacy protocolsCollaborate with the Marketing and Client Success teams to enhance client experienceRequirementsStrong verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)Prior experience in consultative or inside sales (preferably in health, wellness, coaching, or education sectors)Confident on camera and comfortable conducting structured online consultationsProfessional conduct, empathy, and respect for client confidentialityReliable home-office setup: quiet workspace, 25 Mbps+ internet, HD webcam, headsetConsistent, self-motivated, and open to coachingPerformance Indicators5–6 consultations dailyClose rate: 20–30 %Appointment show rate: ≥ 70 %100 % CRM hygiene and complianceCompensation & GrowthFixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000Additional performance incentives based on successful client conversionsGrowth opportunities: eligibility for Senior Closer / Team Lead roles after probation and consistent KPI performanceImportant NotesThis is a genuine full-time employment role (not a franchise, MLM, or freelance opportunity)No fees, purchases, or investments are required from applicants or employeesAll hiring practices comply with Indian employment and data-protection lawsInterview ProcessShort telephonic screening (10–12 minutes)Zoom role-play (discovery + objection handling)Final interview with the Sales Manager
