Role** Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect

Location of Requirement **Greater Delhi Area



Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

  • Overall 10 year and 5+ years SFMC experience.
  • Technical experience as an email marketeer or Marketing Cloud Architect specialist is preferred.
  • Create and maintain customer journeys, triggered sends and email templates within Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy together with the CRM team.
  • Work closely with other departments to translate business requirements into automated journeys.
  • Experience in writing AMP Script for Dynamic content and email Personalization.
  • Having Knowledge on Salesforce CRM org with Marketing Cloud using Marketing cloud connector.
  • Experience working in multiple Journeys involving Data Extensions, Automations and Reports in SFMC.
  • Experience in SFMC integrations with multiple systems
  • Experience in automation Studio and journey builder
  • Create BU, User, Roles and Assignment roles to specific users
  • Set up various email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AMP Script / SSJS / GTL for communication via API and to build cloud pages
  • Strong SQL skill, familiar with at least one DB product
  • Marketing Cloud Email and Marketing Cloud Developer Certificate
