We're seeking a future team member for the roleof Senior Associate, Business Technology Liaison to joinour OperationsManagement team. This role islocated in at Pune, MH in HYBRID.

In thisrole, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Analyzes and defines business requirements andfunctional or operational specifications for small to moderatesized projects of limited complexity. 
  • Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.Interfaces with all areas of IT on behalf of the business toresolve IT matters and improve business processes.
  • Collects and defines business or functional requirementsand translates them into functional design, test planning, and userdocumentation processes. Formulates project scope, objectives,constraints and assumptions based upon user needs as well asknowledge of the application.
  • Participates indevelopment of the functional design and user documentation byanalyzing business process flows or client requests and identifyingchanges. 
  • Uses knowledge of businessneeds to provide design support to software and applicationdevelopment teams.
  • Gathers information andprovides analysis of business issues or client feedback for aspecific function or application.
  • Trains userson new or enhanced applications and/or systems that are morestraightforward in nature.
  • Supports testing ofnew or enhanced applications and/or systems. 
  • Tasks include case development, requirement traceabilityanalysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional testexecution. 
  • Identifies areas forimprovement and works with technology teams to improve applicationsfor business use.
  • Uses general knowledge ofregulatory and legal requirements and BNY corporate policiesinvolving risk and control to support the development of improvedbusiness processes through technology.
  • Nodirect reports, may provide guidance to less experiencedcolleagues.
  • Contributes to the achievement ofteam objectives

To be successful inthis role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalentcombination of education and experience is required.
  • 5 years of total work experiencepreferred. 
  • Technical experiencepreferred
