What You’ll Do: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and local demand patterns. Reach out to potential partners such as coworking spaces, BPOs, software companies, and residential communities to establish collaborations with PMC. Perform on-field visits and meetings to build and maintain strong business relationships. Develop and execute strategies, marketing channels, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and customer demand. Work closely with the growth and operations teams to coordinate outreach and partnership initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and prepare partnership reports. Who You Are: A graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. Comfortable with field work and engaging directly with corporate and community partners. Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup setting. Passionate about food, entrepreneurship, and growth marketing. Bonus: Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or sales is an added advantage.
