JOB PROFILE OF BMS OPERATOR 24 X 7 Education : ITI/diploma Experience: Min 3 Years from FM industry To start the system for BMS i.e. Associate pumps for chiller, Chiller Plant, CT Fan, AHUs & Ventilation system etc To adjust the set point of AHU as per requirement of temperature to maintain on mall. To check leaving temp of chiller on BMS pc and record if any nonstandard parameter & inform to Chiller Operator. To compare the actual temp in facility & temp. Indicated on BMS pc. To monitor the Fire alarm panel for any alarm To check access system on BMS PC if applicable To monitor water leak detection system panel To take fire drill to check normal function of FAS system To generate access denied report on daily basis. To generate daily reports as per client requirement To inform the ATM / TM for any abnormal function of BMS system. To log the complaint of BMS & follow up with vendor. To check & maintenances of BMS system. To follow up with vendors for preventive maintenance of smoke detector/Heat detector & MCP.
