The Adobe Photoshop web team is in search of a dedicated and highly skilled web developer with a positive outlook. As an integral member of our core engineering team, you will take charge of shaping features to life from start to finish. You'll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, collaborating closely with fellow developers, quality engineers, designers, and product managers. What you will do

  • Consistently produce top-tier, resilient features and take ownership of them.
  • Be a critical member of an Agile development environment in one of the Photoshop feature team
  • Implement comprehensive automation and unit tests to ensure thorough code validation.
  • Conduct thoughtful and constructive code reviews for your colleagues.
  • Serve as a mentor and exemplar for fellow engineers, setting a high standard for performance and professionalism.

What you need to succeed

  • Holder of a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in computer science.
  • 8+ years of overall development experience with 5+ years in Web development
  • Possesses an expert-level command of modern JS frameworks and web technologies.
  • Experience with modern C++ programming is a big plus.
  • Good/practical understanding of architectural patterns
  • Proficiently navigates both Mac OS and Windows OS, in addition to web-based frameworks.
  • Proficient in profiling, debugging, and testing complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Able to communicate technical details clearly to all levels of the organization.
  • At ease with ambiguity and able to adapt and change direction/technologies to leverage new learnings.
