Client Data Specialist

Assist Client Technology Partners in solving customer data transfer issues. Contribute to the identification and resolution of assigned client data issues.

Issue Management

Under the guidance of a Client Technology Partner identify and work to resolve client-related data concerns.Analyze study error logs to understand client issues.Review XML files for first-pass review of errors.Work with upstream data sources to correct errors.Provide Client Technology Partner with resolution identification and plan to resolve issues.Work with operations, Data & Technology, and clients to understand data requirement specifications. 
 

Additional accountabilities

Collecting information, analyzing the data, and preparing reports.Draw specific insights through performing data analysis.

Skills:

Ability to resolve assigned data issues that include ensuring the source of the data issue is resolved within an agreed timeline.Ability to learn technology applications used in clinical trials.Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail.Willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.Ability to identify systemic issues with data and data integrations.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and customer service skills.High-quality interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with fluency in English.

Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of software applications used in clinical trials preferred. Experience working in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical documentation and deliver clear presentations to peers.0-2 years of exposure to clinical research systems preferred.

Education:

B.S in life science, Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred.  0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
