Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Taxation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an International Taxation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing global tax compliance, transfer pricing strategies, and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) compliance. Your expertise will ensure our company's adherence to international tax laws while optimizing our tax position globally.

Responsibilities:

2. Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to optimize the company's global tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Assist with various projects related to international operations (e.g., transfer pricing, tax planning, tax incentives, foreign tax credit review)

4. Manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for all foreign and cross-border related party transactions

5. Conduct thorough analysis of transactions to determine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and documentation requirements.

6. Collaborate with external advisors and tax authorities on transfer pricing audits and inquiries.

7. Stay abreast of changes in international tax laws, regulations, and treaties to assess potential impacts on the company's tax position and recommend appropriate actions.

8. Manage and coordinate foreign tax audits, tax legislation analysis and research, and review of miscellaneous tax issues, as necessary

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or JD) preferred.

2. Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent required.

3. Minimum of 9 years of experience in international taxation, with a focus on transfer pricing and global tax planning.

4. In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, regulations, and treaties

5. Proven experience in developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and documentation.

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to business scenarios.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate tax concepts to non-tax professionals.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

9. Experience with tax software and ERP systems preferred.

10. Prior experience in managing tax audits and disputes is a plus.
