Analyst - Implementation Services
What can you expect?
The purpose of this job is to deliver high quality business analyst solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders. It contributes to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and clients / customers.
- Candidate in this role will be responsible for system configuration and testing on Health & Benefits platform
- Demonstrate good setup and testing competency
- Meet or exceed all the SLAs for delivered assignments
- Follow all the standard procedures of the process, keep process documents updated and participate in process improvements, adding value to the ongoing delivery
- Communicate timely and proactively to the Configuration/ Test Lead and onshore stakeholders
- Ability to creatively find workarounds and good problem solving capability · Learn and understand business specific domain

What you need to have:Â
- Configuration and Testing background with understanding on application and web testing
- Intermediate SQL and programming fundamentals
- Write and execute test scenarios
- Understanding of black box testing and manual testing
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Access
- Familiar with Implementation Lifecycle
- Pension domain knowledge (preferred)
 Education:
- B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA from reputable institute in any stream
 Eligibility:
- 0 to 1 year experience
