Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: CEO

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our organizational goals and promote a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, preferably in the healthcare sector, and a track record of driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.

- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

- Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services to all employees.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and improve employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

- Drive initiatives to enhance employee development, retention, and succession planning.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR expertise and insights to support business decisions.

- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, and recommend innovative HR solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior.

- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Proven ability to drive innovation and challenge the status quo in HR practices.

- Experience with HRIS and other HR software applications.
