Senior Manager - Fulfillment Operations & Manufacturing

Role will include:

Fulfillment Operations:

- Manage pan-India FC Operations in accordance with business expectations (including P&L, audit, operations, and expansion).

- Responsible to enhance operational capability across each FC.

- Responsible for cost-saving methods to ensure high productivity and low costs.

- To ensure FC continuity in 24 Hr delivery to DCs for metros.

- To create a learning and accountable environment amongst all employees to drive the business goals.

- Working alongside a 3PL and utilizing their manpower to optimize fulfillment operations.

- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.

- Preventing inventory shrinkage accidents.

Manufacturing Operations:

- Manage manufacturing operations are operating in accordance with business expectations (including P&L, audit, operations and expansion).

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed customer expectations.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the manufacturing process.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems, such as ISO certifications.

- To create a learning and responsible environment amongst all employees to ensure attainment of the business goals.
