Position: Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities: Write high-performance and sustainable back-end applications using Python programming language and Django framework.

Work closely with front-end engineers and product managers to understand the requirements.

Implement new features and proactively optimize the existing code.

Integrations with third party systems like Payment gateways and Channel managers.

Fix bugs and solve problems.

Mentoring junior backend engineers.

Skills Required: Deep and demonstrable experience in building web applications on Python(Django) and mysql.

Experience with creating RESTful JSON apis.

Expert in problem solving skills, algorithms and data-structures.

Ability to understand complex systems on MVC architecture.

Knowledge of Ubuntu, and experience in git(or any sub-version system)

Good understanding of web technologies and good command on back-end debugging.

Self-motivated and organized, able to handle deadlines and drive improvements

Desired Skills: Linux commands
