·       Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from analyst and Teradata Experts

·       Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received

·       Liaise with BA/Team to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications

·       Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs (Contribute to technical requirements writings)

·       Work closely in a “one team” approach with all stakeholders and Teradata Experts, jointly providing high quality deliverables

·       Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression…) as required while coordinating with BA, and QA teams

·       Write/Update technical documentation on implemented solutions

·       Accompanying and documenting maintenance transfer

·       Implementation of best practices and coding standards

·       Implement Devops tools ensuring the high-quality standard

Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute to overall FRESH and ISPL Vision goals as directed by Team and Department Management Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical :

- Technical knowledge on Teradata solutions

o   Basic query tunning and development

o   Technical architecture, Index designs

o   Data physicalizing choices

o   Statistics Design

o   Data integration (TPT)

- Knowledge in DevOps toolchain processing

- Practice in Quality approach (Test strategy with ALM QC, Quality of Code with Sonar)

- Agile working Method

- Shell Script development

- Additional skills

o   Cobol notions

Essential :

·       SQL Assistant or Teradata Studio

·       BTEQ

·       GITLab

·       Jira ( or other ticketing tool)

Skills & Behavioral :

- Rigorous, serious

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of a team inside a remote mode

- Capability of synthesis

- Good documentation skills

- Good Communications and presentation skills

- Ability to simplify a hard concept to non-expert resource (knowledge transmission)

- Previous experience with Finance and Banking would be advantageous to the role
