Key Responsibilities:

Building Customer Relationships: Foster and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement: Maximize revenue generation by actively developing business and achieving sales targets.

Collaboration with Bank's Team: Work closely with the bank's team to ensure active transactional engagement of clients in your assigned area.

Identifying Business Opportunities: Identify potential business prospects, assess their industry positions, and analyze sales options.

Solution-Oriented Selling: Establish contact, build relationships with prospects, and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Client Support: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing them with support, information, guidance, and recommending new opportunities.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new offerings.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, contributing to informed decision-making.

Quality Service: Uphold organizational standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Business Loan Promotion: Promote business loans under the banking vertical and consistently achieve assigned business targets.

Credit Assessment Support: Provide Credit Managers with necessary information for credit assessment of clients.

Loan Disbursement Formalities: Facilitate the completion of required formalities for loan disbursement.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the terms of business loans and other loan products to effectively counsel clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans, LAP, BL, or Mortgage Loan in Banking or NBFC.

Any Graduation degree.

Age below 30, exceptional cases up to 32.

CIBIL Score of 700 or higher.
