Job Description: Sales Telecaller Head

Location: Surat

Salary Range - 4.8LPA – 6LPA                                                         

Experience- 2-4 Yers Experience in telesales Head

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales tele callers, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.

 • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance regularly to track progress and take corrective actions as needed.

 • Actively participate in sales calls, demonstrating best practices, and providing support to team members in handling customer inquiries, objections, and closing sales.

 • Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the sales team.

 • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, contributing to product/service enhancements and sales strategies.

 • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, team performance, and customer interactions using CRM software for analysis and reporting purposes.

 • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 • Sound understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

 • Proficiency in CRM software.

 • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tele calling or telesales environment.
