The Video Instructor will be responsible for creating compelling and informative video content for our online courses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent presentation skills, and expertise in Maths. Responsibilities: ---------------------- Develop engaging video content for online courses, tutorials, and instructional materials. Ensuring clear and concise delivery of educational content. Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives. Incorporate interactive elements and assessments to enhance learner engagement and comprehension. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and instructional design. Continuously evaluate and improve video content based on learner feedback and performance metrics. Requirements: ---------------------- Bachelor's degree in Maths or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with online learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning) is a plus. A portfolio showcasing previous video projects and instructional content is highly desirable.
