Objectives:
To ensure business performance of territory by efficient demand generation activities and demonstrating commercial excellence.
 
Main Tasks:

  1. Ensure achievement of territory sales targets
    1. Prepare activity charter for the month.
    2. Monthly sales activity planning: Channel partners, Retailers and Associates
    3. Monthly collection planning with channel partners.
       
  2. Demand Generation
    1. Monthly demand generation activity planning: Database villages and Channel partners/ retailers and their farmers
    2. Market Development Activities implementation
  3. Conduct Farmer Meetings, Field Days and demonstrations
  4. Create testimonial farmers
  5. Organize key crop campaigns
  6. To adhere and implement sales processes- Be the process owner of the territory:
    1. Execute external & internal commercial policies
    2. Retailer Engagement Program.
    3. Balance confirmation, Channel Partner profiling etc.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) is a must Masters/ Ph.D. in Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Pathology or Agronomy is desired.
Experience: A minimum of 2 – 6 years’ relevant experience is desired.
