Senior DevOps Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience. This role requires extensive knowledge in deploying, managing, and scaling applications in AWS cloud environments, as well as mastery of a range of DevOps tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage complex AWS cloud infrastructures.
Advanced utilization of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code to automate and manage sophisticated cloud services.
Lead configuration management using Ansible, ensuring stability and efficiency of systems.
Oversee and optimize log management systems using Elasticsearch, Graylog/Logstash/Beats, and Kibana.
Architect and maintain comprehensive monitoring and alerting frameworks using Prometheus, Node Exporter, cAdvisor, Alert Manager, and Grafana.
Develop, maintain, and improve complex shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
Manage and mentor teams in effective use of Git for source code management.

Required Experience and Skills:

At least 10 years of experience in a DevOps role with significant exposure to AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
Expertise in Terraform for advanced Infrastructure as Code applications.
Extensive experience with Ansible for advanced configuration management.
Deep knowledge in Elasticsearch, Graylog/Logstash/Beats, and Kibana for log management.
Mastery in monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Node Exporter, cAdvisor, Alert Manager, and Grafana.
Advanced skills in shell scripting.
Strong experience with Git for source code management.

Additional Knowledge and Exposure:

Proficient with AWS CLI.
Extensive experience with a variety of databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Hazelcast, Redis, MySQL, MariaDB, InfluxDB.
In-depth understanding and experience with container orchestration.
Proficiency in Docker and Docker-Compose.
Experience with Jenkins CI Server, including advanced scripted groovy for Jenkinsfile.
Knowledge of SonarQube for code quality inspection.
Expertise in CI/CD processes.
Proven experience in VAPT assessments and fixes.
