E-Learning Development:

- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning courses using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

- Develop multimedia elements (e.g., graphics, animations, videos) to enhance the learning experience.

- Implement e-learning courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure compatibility.

- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning content and platforms.

 

FICO Consulting:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

- Perform system configurations, testing, and data migrations.

- Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.

- Conduct regular system audits and implement enhancements to improve system performance.

- Document business processes, configurations, and system changes.

 

Requirements for this role include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in e-learning development and SAP FICO consulting.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and SAP FICO modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-OM, CO-PA).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and multimedia design principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
 

Preferences:  -

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- SAP certification in FICO.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems.
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Project management experience.
