**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Project Design, Planning and Execution:**
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Plan, design, and execute Network Infrastructure, including Passive, Active, CCTV, ACS, and AV systems.
- Generate functional and connection-level drawings for audio, video, control, and communications systems.

**Materials Management:**
- Generate and submit List of Materials (LOM) for A/V equipment and related materials.
- Coordinate for the procurement and tracking of required materials.
- Generate List of Materials (LOM) for Passive, Active, AV and Security systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for delivery and manage inventory efficiently.

**Coordination and Integration:**
- Coordinate requirements, integration, and installation of A/V, BGM, ACS, CCTV, and Passive infrastructure cabling.
- Collaborate with leads, infrastructure teams, and internal stakeholders for seamless integration of systems.
- Work closely with the Development and Interior Design teams to align project requirements and to ensure seamless project execution.

**Technical Drawing and Documentation:**
- Utilize AutoCAD or relevant tools to create technical drawings for equipment layout, conduit layout, and schematics.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project specifications and changes.
- Collaborate with the project lead and ID team to understand and incorporate project requirements.

**Site Travel and Project Execution:**
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of IT projects within specified timelines.
- Travel to project sites and Conduct on-site supervision of project implementations to ensure smooth execution and resolve any on-site challenges.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience: 6 Years
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Proven experience in Project management of IT infra projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio or similar tools for technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, AV systems, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
