Position: Regulatory Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Division: Engineering Hardware / Hybrid
Our company delivers wireless communications solutions for businesses, communities, and cities worldwide. We specialize in connecting people, places, and things through a unified wireless fabric that spans multiple standards and frequencies of fixed wireless and Wi-Fi. This wireless fabric is managed centrally via the cloud. We work closely with our Cambium certified ConnectedPartners to provide purpose-built networks for service provider, enterprise, industrial, and government connectivity solutions in various environments.

Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations

Define product regulatory requirements.
Conduct Regulatory testing (Wireless, EMI/EMC, and Safety standards) for both new and existing products based on local requirements.
This is an individual contributor role.

Knowledge/ Skill Requirement:

Degree in Electrical or Electronics.
5-10 years of experience in EMI/EMC Testing, Safety standards, and overall product compliance testing.
Strong knowledge of FCC, ETSI, and UL Standards for Wireless products.
Hands-on experience in conducting Regulatory Tests, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with various regulatory agencies and local labs for testing.
Experience in Hardware Testing and understanding of various hardware components.
Familiarity with schematic capture tools such as Allegro Design Entry and Allegro PCB Design.
Proficiency in using high-speed Digital Scopes, Power Supplies, RF Measurement Instruments (e.g. Signal Analyzers, Signal Generators).
Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
