What you’ll do:

 SAP Business Network is on the lookout for a skilled Invoicing specialist to enhance our team. Emphasizing diversity and inclusivity, we value collaboration and respect for each individual. This role involves the implementation and management of electronic invoicing systems, requiring a comprehensive understanding of invoicing regulations and experience with related software. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to optimize invoicing processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

 

  • Craft and implement invoicing systems and processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Keep abreast of the latest standards, regulations, and trends in invoicing.
  • Work with IT and finance to weave invoicing solutions into our existing infrastructure.
  • Tailor invoicing software to fit our unique needs.
  • Educate team members on invoicing practices and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee invoicing systems, addressing any issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with vendors for integrated and efficient data exchange.
  • Perform audits to guarantee adherence to regulations and policies.
  • Analyse data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of invoicing strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay informed on invoicing innovations and recommend enhancements.

 

What you bring:

  • At least 10- 12 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on invoicing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of invoicing standards, laws, and best practices.
  • Expertise in financial processes, systems, and invoicing platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and teamwork ethos.
  • Experience with ERP systems and a certification in invoicing or a related area are advantageous.
