As our inaugural marketing team member, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your mission will be to enhance our online brand presence, drive lead generation, and fuel growth. Collaborating closely with our co-founders, you'll gain an in-depth understanding of our target audience and craft innovative campaigns to effectively engage them.


Key Responsibilities:


Build the Foundation: Create our digital marketing strategy from scratch, aligning it with our overall business objectives.

Master Google Ads: Take charge of Google Ads campaigns, encompassing keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and analytics.

SEO Excellence: Implement and refine SEO initiatives to boost website visibility and organic search rankings.

Email Marketing Pro: Craft and oversee email marketing campaigns, covering content creation, list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Conversion Wizard: Optimize landing pages for conversion and search engine performance.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage web analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for enhancement.

Stay Ahead: Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, offering insights for new marketing initiatives and strategies.

Requirements:


Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing.

Google Ads Guru: Proven track record of success in Google Ads management and optimization.

SEO Savvy: Strong grasp of SEO principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.

Email Marketing Maestro: Proficiency in designing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, using marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Analytics Ace: Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.

Digital Know-How: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Communication and Project Management: Excellent communication and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
