Manage end to end IT infrastructure of the Organisation and play a very key role in Architecture Review. Deliver Stable IT Operations.

Title: Cloud Technology Architect

Function: Information Technology

Work Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Roadmap:

- Excellent knowledge of Cloud platform selections.

- Good understanding of standards and procedures of Cloud Security Operations.

- Create a culture of User empathy and service motive within the teams.

- To build reliable and secure Cloud solutions.

Continuous improvement:

- Leads discussions on operational issues for permanent resolution with overall solution framework, and ensure timely resolution.

- Acts as an escalation point for major incidents, problems, or issues in Cloud Technology environment.

- Leading the DR setup for execution for overall solution

- Competence in Cloud Security Solutions.

Direct Reports: 0

Geographical Scope: PAN India

Reports To: CIO

Key Customers:

Internal Customers: All HCCB employees, RPSI team

External Customers: Technology Partners and Vendors

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers

PG: MCA in Computers

Functional Skills:

- Good Understanding of Cloud Security Components, Network Security, Databases, Datalake components.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Technology out of which minimum 7 years of Managing cloud environment of multinational organisation.

- Excellent experience of Cloud migration projects and cost optimisation across different markets. Global experience is preferred.

- Demonstrated capabilities in providing technical support and structuring customized solutions to meet process specific needs. High performing with proven professional diligence caliber in Cloud technologies

- Excellent understanding of server technologies like Operating Systems (Windows, Linux etc), Physical Virtual Servers , Storage and Backups, Disaster Recovery.

- Person should carry good understanding of standards and procedures. This includes establishing, writing, and distributing governance and enforcing the governance at every level.

- Good knowledge of infra design and platform selections. He/She should aware of the strategic direction of the organization as well as new technologies on the horizon. He/She is be able to use this knowledge to select the right technology.

- Person should carry knowledge of Project Management, Incident Management, Customer Management, Technical Support (Data Center Technologies, Cloud, Network/Server/Web /Security) .

- Person should carry good understanding of monitoring/monitoring tools and reporting (proper metrics) . Produce standard reports on the status of the infrastructure, Regularly communicate what they are doing and how their work relates to the success of the organization

- Good technical understanding of hybrid cloud solutions and experience of integrating public cloud into tradition hosting/delivery models.

- Experience in performance tuning, including the following: (load balancing, web servers)

- Knowledge of Server hardening, AV, EDR, end point operating systems.

- Partner governance capability specially SLA review, SLA enabled SOW creation , Governance .etc.

- Good troubleshooting problem-solving capability.
