Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Head to join our Human Resources team in our dynamic fintech lending marketplace. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies, attracting top-tier talent, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.

- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

- Full Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

- Build a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates for various roles within the fintech domain.

- Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Implement initiatives to showcase our company culture and values.

- Collaboration and Networking: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners. Attend industry events and engage in networking activities to stay abreast of talent trends.

- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team.

- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment performance and make informed decisions. Implement improvements based on data insights to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or in a senior recruitment leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry.

- In-depth knowledge of fintech trends, market dynamics, and talent landscapes.

- Strong understanding of lending marketplace operations and regulatory environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, preferably from top tier institutes
